This framework sets out how Evolution Education leads the centre so that young people are safe, learning and known by trusted adults. It supports Independent School Standards readiness and everyday clarity for staff, families and commissioning partners.

How the day is organised

Accountability cycle

Leads hold daily oversight, weekly review and termly evaluation across safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, curriculum and progress.

First aid and medical response

Designated first aiders include Amy, Lorelle and Ismail. Medical needs are tracked, incidents are recorded and families are informed. Where a young person has a healthcare plan, staff follow the published supporting medical conditions policy.
