Day-to-day leadership of each centre, culture, operations and partnership with families.
Deputy Centre Manager
Quality of Education, Safeguarding and SEND leadership within the centre.
Student Services Coordinator
Pastoral systems, mentoring oversight and wraparound support for learners.
Teachers and coaches
Qualified staff who deliver academic, vocational and sport-specialist learning.
Key Adults
Dedicated mentors who provide consistency, care and advocacy for each young person.

Every learner has a Key Adult. Day-to-day contact is through the centre team, and Leadership can be reached through the main school email.
