School accountability sits with Evolution Education Limited. Governance exists to keep safeguarding, education quality and young people at the centre of every decision.

Evolution Education Limited (Company Number 14142140) is the accountable body for the school's educational provision. It sits within Evolution Sports Group, and works alongside the Beyond Education Sports Foundation (Charity No. 1197957).

Leadership includes Eugene Dwaah (CEO and Designated Safeguarding Lead), Lloyd (Centre Manager and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead), Sacha (Deputy Centre Manager for Quality of Education and SEND, and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead), and Amy (Head of Pastoral Care, Student Services and HR). An Advisory Board, chaired by Ges Smith, supports Leadership with independent challenge and advice. The full staff team is published on Meet the Team.

The Advisory Board strengthens oversight and brings experienced external challenge. It is chaired by Ges Smith. Membership continues to develop.

Ges Smith

Chair of the Advisory Board. Ges is an experienced UK educator and former headteacher of Jo Richardson Community School in Dagenham, East London. Over a long career in school leadership he has led local provision and community engagement across the area, and was recognised with a Pearson National Teaching Award for lifetime achievement. He brings independent educational challenge, practical leadership insight and a strong understanding of local schools to Evolution Education.

Purpose of the Advisory Board

To advise Leadership on safeguarding, education quality, inclusion and organisational development as Independent School registration progresses.
