Purpose
We want every student to be safe, respected, ready to learn and able to make progress. This agreement sets out the simple expectations shared by home, the student and Evolution Education.
This is the short family-facing commitment. Detailed rules and procedures remain in Evolution Education's published policies.

Behaviour, safety and recognition
We use clear expectations, positive relationships, support, accountability and recognition. Positive behaviour, effort, attendance, progress and achievement will be recognised through our rewards arrangements.
Where expectations are not met, Evolution Education will respond fairly, consistently and proportionately, in line with its policies and any agreed individual arrangements. Serious safety or safeguarding concerns may require an immediate response.
Students may be screened or searched, and items may be confiscated, where permitted by law and our published procedures. Signing this agreement is not blanket consent to search. Serious incidents may be referred to parents or carers, the referring school, commissioning partners, safeguarding services or the police where appropriate.
Important
This agreement sits alongside Evolution Education's policies, the Student Passport, Individual Learning Plan (ILP), risk assessment and any agreed support or reasonable adjustments. It does not remove or restrict statutory rights or legal duties.
