Evolution Sports Group (ESG) manages the London Youth Premier League (LYPL), engaging over 1,000 young people across London each week. The elite youth league serves as a recognised talent identification pathway for professional clubs, with academies such as Arsenal, Fulham, QPR, Chelsea, West Ham, Crystal Palace, and Watford regularly scouting emerging talent.
The Sports Development division also includes an international tours portfolio, delivered in partnership with Dream team Italy – one of the country’s leading sports tour providers.
Our facilities Management team works in collaboration with Bridgestone Sports Facilities, based near Wembley Stadium, to oversee high-quality training and event venues.
