Raising a concern about the school

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve concerns early. Most concerns can be sorted by speaking with the centre team. If you need to make a formal complaint, follow the stages in our Complaints Policy.

If you are worried that a child is at risk of harm, do not use the complaints process. Go to the Safeguarding page and report a concern immediately.
