At Evolution Education, the partnership supports learners who benefit from practical challenge alongside classroom learning, especially within Key Stage 4 pathways.

How we use Achieve at Evolution Education
Achieve sits inside our personal development and KS4 offer. Staff guide young people through projects and challenges that build communication, problem-solving and self-belief.
Progress is reviewed with the young person and their Key Adult, so the award connects to wider goals such as attendance, behaviour for learning and the next step after Evolution.
The focus is not on a certificate alone. It is on giving learners a structured way to practise skills they can use in school, work and life.
