SEND
Special educational needs, understood and planned for
We identify needs through baseline assessment and shape Individual Learning Plans, student passports and risk assessments around each learner. Professionals can contact admin@evolution-sportsgroup.com.
Many of our learners have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Some have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Our approach is attachment-aware and trauma-informed. Staff are trained to understand behaviour through the lens of need, and to prioritise relational safety so learning can happen.
Individual Learning Plans
ILPs set personalised targets and are reviewed as young people make progress.
Student passports
A clear one-page profile so every adult understands what helps the learner.
EHCP delivery
We work with commissioners on consultation, Section F provision and annual review contributions.
Key Adult mentoring
Secure relationships that support regulation, attendance and achievement.
Partnership
We work with families, schools, local authorities and external agencies.
